Trump selling PGA to Saudis?

PGA Tour leaders, including Tiger Woods, meet with White House officials to discuss possible merger with Saudi-backed LIV Golf! PGA Tour commissioner Jay Monahan and player directors Tiger Woods and Adam Scott are meeting with officials at the White House on Thursday in what the tour hopes is another step in reunifying men's professional golf. Monahan and Scott met with U.S. President Donald Trump on Feb. 4 in an effort to speed up the federal government's approval of the tour's proposed deal with Saudi Arabia's Public Investment Fund, which plans to inject $1.5 billion into the tour's for-profit entity, PGA Tour Enterprises. PIF governor Yasir Al-Rumayyan attended Thursday's meeting in Washington. President Trump was also at the White House.
